Since 1995
An outfit that started with the land itself.
Owner Chip Watkins was born and raised in Manquin, Virginia — a farmer's son who grew up hunting these fields and rivers and learned the land from the ground up. Monquin Creek Outdoors began in 2010 with land purchasing and rental, then grew into guiding, land management, and specialized programming for veterans, youth, and underserved sportsmen.
Today the team pairs experienced guides with serious habitat work across more than 25,000 acres. Our agribusiness background is why the hunting is good: managed food plots, sanctuaries, trail-camera intelligence, and thoughtful stand and blind placement behind every day afield.

Monquin Creek Outdoors began in land purchasing and rental, and that side of the business still runs alongside the guiding. We work with landowners across the Commonwealth who want their property to hold and hold onto game.
